About the Team: You'll be joining a team of three, deeply integrated with all service areas of Sage Eldercare Solutions. Our team is heart-driven and passionate about both the quality of life we provide to employees and the excellence in the work we do. As the face of Sage, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both client and employee experiences.
What You'll Do:
Client Experience & Office Management
- Serve as the welcoming face of Sage, managing reception and ensuring exceptional client experiences
- Handle new client inquiries and initial intake processes through Hubspot
- Coordinate with care management team on client documentation and licensing
Operations & Systems Management
- Oversee office operations, including facility management and safety protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain service contracts
- Coordinate technology systems and software implementations
- Partner with leadership on budget management and financial processes
Employee Experience & Event Planning
- Lead company-wide event planning and coordination
- Manage employee recognition programs and special initiatives
- Support new hire onboarding and facilitate administrative orientation
- Maintain company calendars and coordinate team meetings
- Collaborate with and support People Ops Lead on people programs & initiatives
Administrative Leadership
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Oversee documentation processes and maintain policy updates
- Coordinate communications systems and technology resources
- Support special projects
Who You Are:
- A natural relationship builder with 3+ years of administrative or operations experience
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Hubspot, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- An exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities
- A problem-solver who takes initiative and thinks creatively
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults and their families
