Overview: At Aspen Dental, we put our patients first by offering a supportive work environment and career growth opportunities. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and we're seeking a skilled leader to join us as a Dental Office Manager.

In this role, you will lead the office in all operations, supporting our doctors to build trust and loyalty with patients. You'll participate in an extensive training program to gain business and leadership knowledge, designed to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical teams.
  • Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of experience managing a team of direct reports, a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred), and strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a people-centric leader, you should motivate and inspire others, demonstrate analytical thinking, and place a premium on leveraging data to drive business decisions.

Estimated Salary: $69,000 - $72,000 per year, plus monthly and quarterly incentive earnings. Please note that salary may vary based on location and performance.
