Sodexo is seeking full time virtual Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care at SSM Health Hospitals in St. Louis Missouri region. Coverage includes both adult & pediatrics.  Position will work full time with benefits.

Position will report to Clinical Nutrition Manager and ideal candidate will:

 

  • Responsible for a variety of inpatient units and includes coverage in outpatient pediatrics. 
  • Be flexible in meeting the demands of various SSM Health hospitals in the St. Louis area.
  • Work with the Clinical Nutrition Manager to provide exemplary care to patients, staff and community.
  • Work with dietetic interns as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

 

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire

 

Basic Management Experience: 7+ months general supervision  

Basic Functional Experience:  3 years experienced specialized practitioner in a clinical specialty
