Collaboration Site Development Support (Secret)

Sourceree is currently seeking someone to fill our Collaboration Site Development Support role and join our team. While this role is primarily remote, in-office presence may be required for key meetings, client interactions, or team collaboration.

About The Role:

Step into a role where your expertise will transform the way the Department of Defense collaborates and shares critical information. In this role as Collaboration Site Development Support (SharePoint Developer), you will be the driving force behind building secure, innovative web-based platforms that empower teams to work seamlessly and efficiently.

By leveraging your skills in SharePoint and other collaboration technologies, you will shape digital solutions that enhance decision-making, streamline complex workflows, and support mission success across the organization.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.

  • Design, develop, and deploy a secure, DoD-internal web-based collaboration site using SharePoint or other DoD-approved platforms.
  • Implement tiered access controls (e.g., read-only, read-write, admin privileges) and manage the user access database and privilege list.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the collaboration site, ensuring content is current and aligned with emerging DoD requirements.
  • Manage the site’s content repository and research library, ensuring accurate documentation of studies, research, and analysis.
  • Automate workflow processes and business rules to streamline the life-cycle of studies and analysis for improved governance and oversight.
  • Collaborate with government and contract teams to ensure successful deployment and functionality of collaboration tools.
  • Monitor and report on site performance and usage metrics, ensuring accurate, timely communication of project status and outcomes.
  • Provide project management support to organize, plan, and oversee the coordination of all activities under this contract.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in developing and managing SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web development, user permissions, and database management in a secure environment.
  • Experience in workflow automation and business process digitalization.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based collaboration tools, DevSecOps practices, and experience working in a DoD or federal environment is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Security Clearance: ability to acquire and maintain a Secret Clearance.
