Position summary:
Under the direction of the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer supports the mission of a values driven workforce. The incumbent will manage and direct multiple human resources functions including employee and labor relations and workforce development. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance requirements and hospital operational needs are met through the robust management, development, and implementation of core human resources services related to functional areas of responsibility.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Experience /License:
  • 3 to 5 years of direct experience managing a Human Resources function, preferably employee relations or organizational development.
  • 3+ years of human resources or operations experience in a hospital or healthcare setting required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a minimum of a basic understanding and skills related to the use of computers pertinent to the needs and requirements of the department.
  • Working knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations
  • MAB Certification
