Your Role and Responsibilities
El Director de soluciones dedica su tiempo a interactuar con el cliente interno/externo y otros interesados, según corresponda al nivel de experiencia y aptitudes de las soluciones, para comprender las prioridades estratégicas, los requisitos de negocio y técnicos, problemas tácticos, para desarrollar y articular soluciones técnicas sólidas e innovadoras. Presentan, revisan y modifican la solución, con el cliente e interesados internos/externos, para cumplir los requisitos del acuerdo y cerrarlo por IBM. Forman parte del equipo de ventas para desarrollar y construir soluciones SI y SO para los clientes. Lideran equipos de línea de negocio y de geografía cruzadas de expertos en la materia. Aprovechan todos los servicios, mano de obra, activos y productos de software para desarrollar soluciones complejas de varios períodos y casos de coste optimizado que cumplen los requisitos y necesidades del cliente tomando en consideración el caso base del cliente y la rentabilidad de IBM. Un Director de soluciones es propietario de la definición de las soluciones de servicios, dentro del alcance de su cargo, cubre un papel crítico en el éxito global del proyecto y es la fuente primaria de diseño y desarrollo de soluciones de IBM en todo el mundo. Trabajan conjuntamente con un equipo mayor (Ventas, TSM, HR, C&N, Entrega, Precios, Riesgo, etc.) para ofrecer una solución ganadora.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
○ At least **10 years of progressive experience in the cybersecurity field
○ Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and common security vulnerabilities;
○ Previous experience in handling security incidents, ranging from identifying and analyzing incidents to containing and mitigating their impacts;
○ Familiarity with digital forensics techniques to gather evidence reconstruct incidents and support investigations
○ Experience using fly away kits to perform Incident response efforts
○ Ability to support incident response and recovery via remote or in person
○ Creating reports and analysis of incident response efforts to summarize the outcome to senior leaders
Proficiency in cybersecurity tools, techniques, and frameworks used for incident detection, analysis and response;
○ Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and common security vulnerabilities;
○ Previous experience in handling security incidents, ranging from identifying and analyzing incidents to containing and mitigating their impacts;
○ Familiarity with digital forensics techniques to gather evidence reconstruct incidents and support investigations
○ Experience using fly away kits to perform Incident response efforts
○ Ability to support incident response and recovery via remote or in person
○ Creating reports and analysis of incident response efforts to summarize the outcome to senior leaders
CISSP required

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience with incident response
  • Experience with USAID / Eastern European region
  • Experience using X-Ways, FTK, and related forensic tools
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance (No clearance required to start)

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
