Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center is currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to welcome our ever-growing team Our mission is to provide a patient-centered care environment, that promotes a positive team environment, with honesty, dignity, and respect. And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for long term care/skilled nursing and rehabilitation within the communities we serve.

Job Duties of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :

  • Acts as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and achievement of nursing department goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation of and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice consistent with corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide direct resident care as staffing patterns demand.
  • Act as a resource person and role model for nursing staff.
  • Assure effective interaction with residents and families.
  • Attend and participate in department/facility meeting as required. Assist surveyors and inspectors to facilitate regulatory compliance, as per the direction of the director of Clinical Services.
  • Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity in every interaction.

Requirements of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 2 Years of nurse supervising experience
