Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) - The Grand of Dublin

Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for The Grand of Dublin. In this role, you will manage, assist in directing and leading the nursing department to ensure residents receive appropriate care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. Ensures that the center remains in compliance with all organizational policies, local, state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
Current Ohio RN License
Current CPR Certification
Bachelor's or associate degree in Nursing
Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
Previous Long-Term Care Nursing experience in a Leadership Role is required
Prior experience as a Assistant Director of Nursing preferred
Must have a passion for delivering exceptional care
