Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sharpman Counseling, you will:

  • Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders through individual, group, or family sessions.
  • Perform thorough mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services provided, adhering to facility and professional standards.
  • Regularly participate in treatment team meetings, collaborating with other mental health professionals to optimize client care and outcomes.
  • Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that client safety and satisfaction are paramount.

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic modalities.
Preferred Experience

Experience working across the lifespan, particularly with both adults and children/adolescents, is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices will be an advantage, given the nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package, including:
