Group Home R.N., Residential Fulltime 40hrs per week

Responsibilities:
- Assess the health needs of residents and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educate residents and staff on health-related topics
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for residents and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsQualifications:
- Valid CT R.N. license
- DDS (Department of Developmental Services) Experience a plus
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health conditions, preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
