Overview:
The Administrator RN reports to the AVP of Operations HH and oversees the day-to-day operations of their assigned home health location.
- Oversee coordination of admission of patients to Home Health service in a smooth, systematic process, as well as arranging for ancillary services so that they are complimentary.
- Oversee the direction, supervision, and evaluation of home health personnel and the coordination of services of all team members and is responsible for ongoing communication with leadership.
- Registered Nurse with minimum of Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required.
- Two or more years’ experience in hospice/home care required.
- Current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment
- CPR Certification
- Must be able to effectively operate computer, facsimile equipment, copier and cell phone.
- Must have and maintain transportation to be used for work
- Must have good understanding of Federal, State, and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing the operation of home health agency.
