*What is Required?*
* Graduate of an accredited nursing school or therapy
* Current state license as required by state or federal guidance
* 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health care environment required
* Previous experience in quality assurance or coding and 4 years of supervisory experiencerequired
* Previous experience in a Home Health services environment
* Advanced clinical skills as defined by accepted clinical standards, including ability to manage patient care episodes, changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and recommendations
* Ability to set objectives, assess staff competencies, allocate work, facilitate team alignment, and create a motivating, safe working environment
* Ability to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (HomeCare HomeBase, Workday, etc.) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Develop trusted relationships and networks, leverage personal networks, and relate across both supervisory and leadership levels
You will report to the Area Vice President.
