  • Asset Management: Leasing, financing, and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

The Real Estate Partner or Group will:

  • Deliver strategic legal counsel to clients on complex real estate matters across all asset classes.
  • Manage and grow client relationships with a proactive approach to client service.
  • Lead and mentor associates, contributing to the professional development of the team.
  • Collaborate with other practice groups to offer integrated, multidisciplinary solutions.
Qualifications
  • An established book of business demonstrating the ability to generate revenue and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Expertise in one or more areas of real estate law, such as acquisitions, leasing, development, finance, or restructuring.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a commitment to cultivating a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
