As the RN Director of Nursing at , you will play a crucial role in leading our nursing department. WOULD YOU BE A GREAT DIRECTOR OF NURSING?

To be successful in the role of Director of Nursing at Jefferson City Manor, there are several key skills and qualifications that are necessary. First and foremost, you must hold a current unencumbered RN license, ensuring that you are qualified to provide nursing leadership within our facility. Additionally, having BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is essential, as it demonstrates your ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Previous nursing leadership experience is highly desired, as it showcases your ability to manage and supervise a team of nurses and caregivers. You should also possess strong computer skills, as you will be responsible for utilizing various software and tools to effectively manage and document patient care.
