Description:
• Align foundational product strategy with experiential products and business goals to create product roadmap. • Serve as voice-of-the-customer with product and development teams; breakdown and plan product functional components and coordinate across cross-functional teams (both business and delivery teams), laying out delivery timelines.
Skills Required:
• Develop and author product-specific requirements and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned product and experiences; create and review Design Verification Plan(s) to validate assigned engineering products and experiences. • Evaluate potential design options to make appropriate proposals considering customer requirements, available technology, efficiency, and platform capabilities. • Participate in cross-functional discussions to gather business requirements and technical expertise; translate them into tangible requirements and product implementation plans to drive Platform Capability Development. • Drive change requirements for product and experience enhancements and quality improvements. Support the development of quality deliverables. • Collaborate with software development teams during development to clarify product objectives, address questions and gaps, and manage the user acceptance testing process for new platform products and experiences. • Provide product support, evaluating quality and aiding to triage issues to determine root cause; manage Key Performance Indicator dashboards, tracking metrics and provide critical feedback around user experience. • Work closely with stakeholders to plan, launch and implement deliverables on time and in accordance with specifications and requirements. • Support prioritization and planning efforts with other teams – including Business and IT • Operate as the single Data Operations point of contact for multiple project teams, triaging requests and scoping prospective projects. • Ensure end-user, team and client feedback align to business needs in order to translate these items into new products that align with the overall product vision and strategy.
Experience Required:
• 10+ years of experience in a Data and product Management role on on-prem and cloud Data environments and compiling data for analytics and business uses
Skills:
Agile, User stories, AI, ML, LLM, GCP

Education Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Data Science, Data Engineering
Education Preferred:
Masters preferred
