Territory Sales representative candidates sought. Ideally near our new location in Kansas City but will consider strong candidates that align with our values. The territory includes Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana.

We are seeking qualified industry experts that understand B2B sales processes, wholesale market dynamics, operational efficiencies, organizational skills, and a leadership mindset.

Sales Responsibilities Include:
  1. Generate new business by initiating and developing relationships with Powersport dealers in the region.
  2. Maintain current understanding of Powersport sales to validate credibility and trust with dealers.
  3. Frequent correspondence with Powersport dealers, mostly from onsite visits in the field.
  4. Create and implement a strategic sales plan for territory penetration and management.
  5. Understand the sales and operational challenges for dealers and provide solutions to assist them in inventory management and cash flow.
  6. Proactively penetrate and radiate in existing accounts in region and increase consignment business by analyzing current dealer inventory statistics and growing monthly dealer consignment allocation.
  7. Understand the regions trends, changes, and uniqueness and provide feedback to management.
  8. Define new opportunities and manage to closure.
  9. Manage auction day and be highly involved with the auction process ensuring that dealers are provided with a world-class level of service.
  10. Coordinate with our transportation group for pickup of consignment units.
  11. Continually update knowledge of the Powersport industry by studying current events and competitive market dynamics.
  12. Travel up to 70% of the time to meet with clients and attend special events & required meetings.
Reporting
  1. Daily use of our process management software.
  2. Generate reporting on sales activities and pull custom reports as requested.
  3. Perform quarterly client and regional market review.
  4. Provide monthly reporting, tracking, and forecast of sales.
  5. Weekly participation in nationwide sales calls.
  6. Prepare and maintain a regional control module including sales and growth strategy, account reviews, marketing lead analysis and conversation, and forecasting and sales results.
