Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide advanced nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care, closely monitoring their progress.
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Administer medications, perform assessments, and utilize advanced technology and equipment to monitor patient conditions.
  4. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
  1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Step Down or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
  3. Proficiency in Epic EMR systems.
  4. BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
