Construction Superintendent - Custom Homes - Cape Cod MA Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Schedule and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring the final product meets luxury custom home expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and designers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or adjustments during construction
Profile
Construction Superintendent - Custom Homes - Cape Cod MA Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- A strong background in residential construction, particularly in managing high-end custom home projects, with a deep understanding of luxury finishes, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Proven ability to lead on-site teams and effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and architects, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals and expectations.
