Overview:

Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking an Enterprise and Systems Architect to support our client by assisting the government with enterprise planning, strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide oversight and strategic direction in the development of enterprise and system architecture practices, principles, documentation, and governance.
  2. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in system architectures support across the enterprise’s IT disciplines (i.e., Virtual & Physical Servers, Cloud technologies, Network, etc.).
  3. Evaluate and validate multiple systems architecture across the enterprise and determine interdependencies, overlaps, and gaps.
  4. Assist in strategy planning, guidance, programmatic review and validation of enterprise IT enclaves and suites.
  5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, participate in technical exchanges, and support briefings to senior leadership to facilitate the development of the enterprise architecture, artifacts, standards, and governance.
  6. Prepare graphic, textual presentations, and diagrams in support of briefings, whitepapers, technical exchanges, and reviews.
  7. Integrate current and future enterprise architectures with industry best practices and frameworks.

Qualifications:

  1. Must have an active/current TS/SCI and ability to pass CI Poly.
  2. Five (5) or more years of specialized experience with enterprise & systems architecture.
  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or 12 years of experience.
  4. Experience with instrumentation of architectures frameworks processes, and software suites such as DoDAF, ServiceNow, Microsoft Visio, and TBM.
  5. Ability to work comfortably with mid- and senior-level civilian/military personnel.
  6. Ability to work independently, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and support tasks as assigned by leadership.
  7. Detail oriented, strong analysis and organizational skills, forward-thinking skills to anticipate and proactively provide recommendations to customers and team.
  8. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Strong public speaking skills required. Ability to create original documentation.

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Level of Responsibility:

Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Reporting Chain:

This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions’ assigned Task Order Lead.

Level of Supervision Required:

The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment, resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others, and interprets policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.

Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
