We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Success Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS market, ideally with Insurance experience/exposure, and a proven track record of success in developing and launching successful products.

As a Product Success Manager, you will be focused on product market success of the products. The candidate will be involved during implementation phases across our multi-product platform aligning to multiple lines of business including property management and auto dealerships. The candidate will engage direct with customers and be responsible for implementing, driving adoption and supporting the products i.e. a cross functional role straddling Product, Customer Experience and Support.

This role is essential to customer listening and streamlining the CX and Support feedback loop into product enhancements directly influencing the product roadmap and development of our Insurtech SaaS platform. Balancing the product development with product market fit, engineering development and execution will be key. The candidate will work directly with the engineering team as a product owner to help drive the outcomes of development and be involved in sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos etc.

The candidate will work directly with key stakeholders and key customers to collect market feedback and ensure customer listening and feedback is incorporated into the product. The role will partner closely with the sales, marketing and engineering teams to ensure product feedback across the lifecycle. The application is partner/customer initiated and consumer driven, therefore end consumer feedback will be important to collect and incorporate as well. This role will also partner with customer success and support to ensure seamless rollout and supportability for customer satisfaction and references.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to implement solutions

• Drive adoption and growth

• Focus on customer listening and feedback loop through implementation and support

• Gather and analyze user (customer/partner as well as consumer) feedback to improve the product

• Work with core team to ensure planning and execution aligns with roadmap.

• Manage the product launch and release process and track product performance.

• Drive product development and play a key role in designing the product experience ensuring that design meets customer objectives, end user experience and supportability

• Work closely with engineers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that products meet the needs of users and business goals.

• Work closely with stakeholders, marketing managers, UI/UX designers, and software developers to deliver these goals.

• Understand data and technology, can comfortably converse with engineers, and liaise with business stakeholders.

• Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders, prioritize work, present priorities in sprint plans, schedule work by working closely with multiple groups globally.

• Influence product marketing strategies.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

• Self-starter and self-motivated – Ability to think critically and problem solve to take on tasks and drive to closure.

• Intellectual Curiosity – Ready and willing to dive into areas of unknown and develop level of knowledge and understanding. Continuous learning.

• Will research on topics related to product design and development goals, formulate and share facts and opinions.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and background.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

• Conduct needs assessments and identify pain points to determine how our products and services can help potential clients achieve their business objectives.

• Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams on market trends and customers’ needs to inform future product and campaign development.

• Serve as conduit for market feedback to the product and development roadmap loop.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or similar relevant from an accredited or recognized school

• Relevant course work and completed course projects or extracurricular projects to share

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in the SaaS industry

• Experience working in B2B enterprise subscription based platforms

• Knowledge of how subscription management platforms interact with other related platforms such as e-commerce, CRM, and databases.

• Consumer product experience a plus

• Customer success and / or support experience a plus

• Strong understanding of the product development process

• Must be comfortable with data and data relationships with complex business rules

• Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g. .Net and Azure) and front-end technologies such as REACT and Native REACT

• Experience with agile methodologies

• Ability to learn and understand complex technical ideas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
