Job Description:

  • As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Our Town Studios, you’ll be a superhero in everyday life Your role is all about supporting our amazing clients in their daily activities, personal care, and community adventures. Every day is a new opportunity to make a positive impact and create unforgettable moments.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a caring companion, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Follow personalized care plans and support strategies with a smile.
  • Encourage and join in community activities and social events.
  • Administer medications with care and keep accurate records.
  • Keep the environment safe, clean, and full of positive energy.
  • Communicate joyfully with clients, families, and team members.
  • Participate in fun training sessions and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A big heart, lots of patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our awesome team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
