*Responsibilities:*
* Provide home-based therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
* Create and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and families
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
*Requirements:*
* Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
* Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Colorado
* CPR certification
