Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Type: 6-9 month contract 

Location: Denver

 

A client of Insight Global is looking for Speech Language Pathologists to join their team in the greater Denver Metro area. These SLPs will apply principles, methods, and procedures to analyze speech and language comprehension and production, determining communicative competencies. The role involves providing intervention strategies and services related to speech and language development, literacy development, and disorders affecting educational performance. Essential duties include collaborating with professionals and parents to plan and implement communication skills, using research-based practices, and providing relevant assessments. The pathologist will manage time and materials, communicate with school teams, monitor individual progress, and share knowledge on communication and literacy development. Advocacy for individuals’ communication needs across various settings and participation in professional enrichment activities are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the role may involve supervising Speech/Language Pathology Assistants and complying with district policies and procedures. he hourly range for this position is $35-$55. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

 

Requirements

- Completion of Master's program in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Current Colorado Department of Education License or TEE license
