Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern time

This position is for the Power/Energy division.

We are looking for an HR Employee Relations Specialist 3

  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee concerns effectively.
  • This position requires a strong understanding of employee relations practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and management on employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and concerns.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, performance management, and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Mediate and facilitate discussions between employees and management to resolve conflicts and improve working relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and investigations.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee relations and HR programs.
