DIRECT HIRE, HYBRID OPPORTUNITY – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on site in Malvern area.

Our corporate client is looking for a Martech/Creative Technology Leader to spearhead the integration and optimization of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud within the in-house agency department. The qualified candidate will be crucial in leveraging these platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and speed to market through automated processes. In addition, you are passionate about technology, innovation, and driving change within a marketing context. While not a project management role, you will understand how projects navigate efficiently and will be at the core of the team’s technical planning. Finally, this leader will be hands-on with their team to build out the automated efficiencies, integrate AI, and create automated reporting tools. This team will focus on connecting marketing tools to Adobe Workfront to centralize all project assets and data, allowing for in-the-moment reporting from a variety of lenses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Hires, evaluates, and supervises. Provides guidance and training. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with MarTech team to integrate Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud to streamline our marketing operations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies that utilize these tools to maximize speed to market and efficiency.
  4. Ensure that Adobe Workfront becomes the central Marketing Resource Management tool, coordinating all marketing efforts seamlessly.
  5. Collaborate with MarTech and marketing teams to drive the adoption and optimal use of marketing technologies.
  6. Design and oversee the automation of marketing processes, reducing time-to-market for campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Maintain deep technical knowledge of marketing software ecosystems, staying ahead of trends and updates.
  8. Continuously deliver innovative future visions and evolution of our technology to drive value for our clients.
  9. Train and mentor team members on best practices for utilizing marketing technology tools.
  10. Manage projects that involve cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 5 Years’ experience and proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing technology environment. In-house Agency experience a plus.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  3. Certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.
  4. Deep technical knowledge of Adobe products including Workfront, AEM, Adobe email software.
  5. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technology implementations and optimizations.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams.
  7. Ability to lead projects and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Experience in managing large-scale technology integrations within marketing.
  9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  10. Innovate by weaving AI into processes.
