This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting (Richfield, MN) and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. What you'll do

* Drive Category Conversion, Revenue, and Profit through product accuracy, SKU slotting (online merchandising), maintenance, and process optimization.
* Manage item set-up, and item maintenance processes throughout the item lifecycle with input from cross-functional partners.
* Support key product launches, asset management, product availability, and Product Detail Page optimization to drive business results.
* Ensure product data and assets are entered accurately and in alignment with Best Buy's standards to deliver an optimal customer experience through online quality assurance validation.
* Primary point of contact for cross-functional partners including Category Business Team, Enterprise Product Management, Marketing, Digital Experience, vendors, and Digital Channel Management teams to drive customer focused initiatives.
* Ability to articulate and share insights, learnings, and recommendations as the category expert.

Basic qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to influence without authority.
* Attention to detail and highly organized.
* Ability to problem solve and optimize experiences.

Preferred qualifications

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Access.
* Associate degree or higher.
* 6+ months of industry experience in E-Commerce, retail, customer service, inventory, merchandising, data management, or web analytics.
