Responsibilities/Duties: 


  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the location(s) staff members.
  •  Oversee HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, hiring & firing, training, and performance management.
  •  Coordinate directly with location management and senior leadership.
  •  Directly report and correspond with the Chief HR Officer
  •  Develop, implement, and explain HR policies and guidelines to managers and employees.
  •  Manage performance review and compensation review process.
  •  Travel to additional area sites when needed.

Qualifications


  • 3 years of Human Resources management experience preferably within the Agriculture, Livestock/Animal Production, or Food Production or Manufacturing industries.
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree with Human Resource focus or Business Administration.
  • HR Certification preferred (SHRM, HRCI).
  • Ability to work on site and travel when needed.
  • MS Office and computer skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual capabilities.
