Job Description:

  • The Supervisors responsibility is an overseer whose main responsibility is to ensure that the team completes the assigned production, within SLA’s, and within acceptable levels of quality, costs, and efficiency.
  • Assign production to the team, train and motivate team members.
  • Evaluate production needs daily to ensure efficient in handling of volume changes, suggest and/or initiate improvements in quality.
  • Responsible for direct hiring, training, coaching, and deliver appropriate disciplinary actions Investigates and responds to inquiries, effectively managing, and prioritizing workload to meet critical deadlines.
  • Conducting department meetings and communicating effectively with your team and upper management.
  • Initiate, perform, and/or oversee regular maintenance to department scanning equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be open to up to 5-10+ hours of mandatory OT when the workload is busier which will vary at times
  • 2-4 years of previous Supervisory experience
  • 1-3 years of previous Mortgage industry experience is preferred
  • Office based experience is preferred
  • Experience in a production based environment with metrics/quotas is a big plus
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
