ERP Solutions Architect Demand and Supply Chain Planning

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 12 Months + Extension

Job Description:

Our Client, a major Biotech firm with offices in Seattle Washington is seeking an ERP Solution Architect, with Demand and Supply Chain Planning experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide techno-functional support and analyze Planning & Supply Chain systems and make recommendations for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
  2. Act as the liaison between cross-functional groups by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through IT solutions.
  3. Provide day to day hands on problem management, guidance, and support to the team.
  4. Manage, prioritize, sequence project demand based on resource availability and timelines.
  5. Ensure end to end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions.
  6. Lead projects and manage requirements development, functional design and Technical Design.
  7. Provide recommendations on Technology solutions to address business needs.
  8. Configure and test Oracle Applications 12 e-Business Suite: ASCP.
  9. Develop and document detailed program specifications, business process models and scenarios.
  10. Determine the technical, interfacing and operational requirements to resolve Oracle EBS Software issues.
  11. Lead the configuration and administration of the Oracle EBS software as per business and technical requirements.
  12. Participate in post-production software support and problem resolution.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  1. University degree.
  2. 15 years of overall work experience.
  3. 10 years in complex projects delivery.
  4. 3 years Pharmaceutical Industry experience.

Skills/Knowledge:

  1. Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (R12) with ASCP a must.
  2. Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Supply Chain - Plan to Manufacture business process areas (Process and discrete manufacturing, Mobile Supply Chain, Discrete & OM, Inventory, PO, ASCP).
  3. Experience in Oracle e-Business suite best practices.
  4. Good working knowledge of Oracle e-Business architecture and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems.
  5. Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  6. Experience working with managed service support vendors.
  7. Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate technical solution alternatives.
  8. Able and willing to informally mentor existing team members.
  9. Strong project management skills.
  10. High degree of adaptability.
  11. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  12. Strong communication skills including presentation and facilitation skills with Global multi-cultural users.
  13. Able and willing to travel.
  14. Experience in Pharma industry required.
  15. Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  16. Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.
  17. Experience in leading Business Analysis, Business Process Design and Application Development.
  18. Strong understanding and experience on Oracle AIM methodology.
  19. Experience with business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution.
