Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience in diagnostics validation test plan development and automotive protocols. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CANoe and CANalyzer test and defect management component testing and system testing. This role involves auto-verification and validation within a hybrid work model and may require travel.


Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure the highest quality standards.Oversee diagnostics validation processes to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Provide expertise in automotive protocols to enhance testing accuracy and reliability.Utilize CANoe and CANalyzer tools to conduct thorough testing and analysis.Manage test and defect processes to maintain a streamlined workflow.Conduct component testing to verify individual parts meet specifications.Perform system testing to ensure integrated components function correctly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project goals.Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Implement best practices in test and defect management to improve overall efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing activities.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement.Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in diagnostics validation and test plan development.Demonstrate expertise in automotive protocols and tools like CANoe and CANalyzer.Have experience in test and defect management component testing and system testing.Show proficiency in auto-verification and validation processes.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
