The ideal person is someone who can work in a fast paced environment, is able to self-direct, collaborate and deliver on stream mapping and process improvement. You will be reporting directly to the team Director and work closely with other executives. Your work will be influential in the business decisions they make which means this role will be highly visible to leaders in the firm.



Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience stream mapping, process improvement, six sigma and process automation
  • Great understanding of Lean process improvement techniques
  • Using Lean (eliminating waste) methodologies to review selected process to drive better results (e.g., increased processing speed, fewer defects, and improved performance on critical customer requirements
  • Must have very strong insurance and technical understanding
  • Understanding of different AI tools for optimization is a plus
  • Great business acumen. You must be able to articulate and present your work to executives of the company
  • Great communication skills
  • Must have a "whatever it takes" attitude coupled with a collaborative mindset
