This hospital, and its associated clinics, is seeking a full-time ID Licensed SLP to join its inpatient and outpatient speech therapy service line. You’ll find that this non-profit healthcare system is technologically and culturally progressive, with a clean focus on patient satisfaction and care. With diverse accreditations, and multiple centers of excellence, the Speech Language Therapist will be joining a fantastic health system.

Reporting to the Administrative Director of Rehabilitation and Therapy, the SLP Speech Language Therapist will take a focused clinical patient-care role in both inpatient and outpatient environments. Working alongside other Speech Language Pathologists to manage the patient load, you’ll also get the opportunity to collaborate with Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to develop and execute on patient care plans. 

The Language and Speech Therapist will get to apply deep knowledge of speech disorders and cognitive communication every day with every patient. You’ll serve as a frontline resource for the assessment and diagnosis in speech pathology for both English and Spanish speaking populations. Working with other providers, you’ll help develop the treatment plans for cognitive rehabilitation and augmentative communication that range from simple exercises to intensive treatments. Also important for the Speech Therapist’s role will be skills around developing prevention and education plans for the community.
