Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Richland, Washington - Hybrid / Partial remote work

Salary: $100k-130k + Vehicle + bonus + Benefits + 401k Match, etc.

Requirements: 3+ Years' Experience as Construction Project Manager on projects related to any of the following: Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, K-12, Higher education, etc.

This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with a wide range of ground-up projects across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, etc. We are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in estimating ground-up Projects
  • Projects related to any of the following: Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, K-12, Higher education, etc.
  • Projects exceeding $30M
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
