Introduction

Bayshore Construction Inc. (BCI) is currently seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful team player who will thrive in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment. Our growing company completes projects in the commercial construction market to include tenant improvement, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a professional with solid interpersonal skills who has the capacity and desire to grow with us.

Role Description

This is a full-time Project Manager role with Bayshore Construction Inc. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project(s). Including startup through close out reporting directly to the President. This role is for the self-motivated ambitious person who wants to join a fast-growing organization. An effective project manager knows how to get the most of all parties involved both internal and external team members. They are efficient and proactive communicators.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years minimum experience in a project manager or assistant project manager role or similar

  • Proficiency in budgeting and construction management

  • Experience with processing subcontracts, pay applications, and change orders

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Ability to handle several tasks at once and minimize mistakes

  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Products

  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience managing and delegating a project team

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required). Can substitute experience
