Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing timecards, ensuring accuracy, and
maintaining records, while also performing general clerical duties. Strong math skills,
tech-savviness, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish are
essential. Position will also be covering the Front desk so you will be the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collect and maintain accurate payroll records for employees, including deductions,
overtime, per diem, mileage log, etc.
● Prepare payroll reports, reconcile discrepancies, and address payroll-related inquiries.
● Maintain employee information and update payroll systems as necessary.
● Perform clerical functions, including filing, data entry, and maintaining payroll-related
documentation.
● Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve issues in a timely manner.
● Collaborate with Recruiters and Market Managers to ensure smooth payroll operations.
● Translate payroll-related information or communications as needed (in both languages).
● Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
● Maintain visitors logs and ensure security protocols are followed
● Manage meeting room bookings
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant certification in
accounting or payroll administration is a plus.
● Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
● Strong math skills and ability to work with numbers accurately.
● Proficiency in payroll software and G Suite (Excel, Word).
● Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in payroll processing
● Familiarity with Avionte Bold, Sense, and Excel.
