Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to enhance customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Energy Management System (EMS) team to develop advanced control systems that streamline project commissioning and reduce risks for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and improvement of products and features that drive customer engagement and project efficiency.
  • Conduct customer feedback sessions and market research to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all business needs are addressed for product launches, including marketing and documentation.
  • Communicate product development progress and insights from customer feedback to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the product development process.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn and navigate various business functions such as engineering, finance, and sales.
  • Experience influencing within a large organization while addressing local customer needs.
  • Strong background in B2B product management, especially with complex hardware and software integrations.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a history of driving innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and commercial teams.
  • Experience in critical infrastructure or industrial control systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years in product management.

Travel:

Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer visits, collaboration, and industry events.
