As the Nurse Manager of PACU and AMSU, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. You will collaborate with a talented team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care and promote a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the PACU and AMSU units, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal utilization of resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated nurses, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the nursing staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance interdisciplinary communication and coordination of care.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), MSN would be amazing too 
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license or willingness to obtain one. 
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive nursing experience, with a focus on PACU and/or AMSU.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing operations.
