Transportation Management Systems Analyst MN

Job Description:
This candidate will be implementing a large enterprise-wide fleet dispatch solution, moving private fleet truck planning processes off antiquated solutions and onto state-of-the-art software. The role requires close collaboration with business, software vendor, snowflake, and SAP teams. This person is instrumental in managing requirements, authoring functional specification documents, and delivering the solution through a rigorous build / testing framework. Strong hands-on configuration experience is required. Must have strong communication skills and be a self starter/independent worker.
Required Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 truck Transportation Management System full lifecycle implementation
- 5 years hands-on TMS administration / configuration (McLeod, TMW, Mastery, Descartes, Blue Yonder, etc)
- Clear communicator and organized thinker
- Vendor management experience
- Private Fleet Truck solution management experience
- Bulk Truck (particularly ag and energy)
- SAP
- PI/PO
- Snowflake
- Service Now
- SSO
