We’re seeking an innovative and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to fuel our expansion. In this role, you will drive client acquisition through creative and optimized marketing strategies. Working with a talented team, you’ll oversee advertising campaigns, manage our social media presence (over 1 Million Followers), and leverage your expertise to make a meaningful impact on our mission of helping people find love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns in the high-ticket coaching space with a monthly spend of $100K to $200K, primarily on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Drive lead generation and optimize conversion through targeted, data-backed growth strategies across these platforms.

  • Craft and oversee engaging, on-brand copy for campaigns, social media, and other channels, ensuring it aligns with our mission and voice.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to maximize ROI and optimize campaigns.

  • Manage relationships with external contractors involved in media buying and marketing execution to ensure high-quality performance.

  • Stay informed of trends in the dating and relationship industry, applying innovative growth marketing strategies to better serve and engage our audience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly in scaling advertising spend on Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, with a monthly budget of $100K - $200K.

  • Strong understanding of social media strategies, paid media, and conversion optimization.

  • Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to drive data-based decision-making.

  • General knowledge of the high-ticket coaching industry and experience in driving leads for a sales team.

  • A passion for helping people find love, with familiarity in the dating/relationship industry (preferred).

  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing external contractors.
