Position: Experienced Used Car Sales Manager
We are on the lookout for an Experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our vibrant team. This is your chance to step into a role with a high-energy, results-driven leader in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Foster enriching customer relationships that enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
- Establish Trust: Create a strong network of clientele and prospects through trust and exceptional service.
- Lead and Train: Provide training and support to sales staff, assisting in closing deals and facilitating regular sales training for ongoing team development.
- Set the Vision: Demonstrate leadership by defining clear goals and a vision for the sales team, engaging and motivating them to achieve key objectives.
- Drive Performance: Take an active role in daily operations to enhance business success.
- Negotiate Effectively: Guide customers through the negotiation process, ensuring they understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
- Inventory Management: Partner with the General Manager to manage vehicle inventory effectively.
- Monitor Metrics: Analyze business performance metrics to identify shortfalls and implement actionable plans for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive dealership management is preferred.
- Proven track record in buying used cars from various auctions.
- Successful track record in auto retail sales.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a commitment to mentoring and developing others.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- An enthusiastic, high-energy personality that inspires those around you.
- Ability to enhance team morale and drive profitability.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with the latest technology and a willingness to embrace innovation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
