Job Description:

The Special Assistant to the CEO will support the CEO by managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and overseeing strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to work with government and military officials.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, including international and domestic travel arrangements.
  • Draft emails, proposals, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
  • Coordinate meetings and provide relevant updates on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist with special projects, conducting research and supporting planning efforts.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience as an assistant or scheduler, preferably with Capitol Hill or government/military experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in foreign relations, international development, or related field preferred.
  • Highly organized, mission-driven, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
