Aeronautics is seeking a Facilities Equipment Engineer. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge to:

  1. Conduct technical analysis of manufacturing and facilities equipment installations, modifications and enhancements to evaluate reliability and MTTF.
  2. Coordinate maintenance technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues using a logical approach to determine a technical solution based on the root cause.
  3. Manage Predictive and Preventive Maintenance System to maximize equipment availability.
  4. Work with Process Engineers to ensure Machines are capable to meet production requirements.
  5. Conduct technical training and equipment briefing with engineers, Maintenance Technicians, and Production Technicians.
  6. Act as local on-site representative for manufacturers, contractors, and service providers.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Degree in STEM related field.
  2. 5 years experience in relevant roles including the below:
  3. Experience in the Maintenance and Operation of Vacuum Process Equipment.
  4. Experience in the Maintenance and Operation of Facilities Systems.
  5. Perform hands-on support of Production Equipment.

Desired Skills:

  1. Component Reliability/MTTF/Predictive Maintenance Planning.
  2. Logical Troubleshooting methodology: Root Cause Analysis, Component Failure Analysis.
  3. Ability to work with and manage outside contractors.
  4. Ability to Support Maintenance Technicians to implement solutions in production equipment.
  5. Experience with Facilities Systems and their specifications.
  6. Process Chilled Water Systems.
  7. HVAC.
  8. Electrical Systems.
  9. Nitrogen delivery and Generation systems.
  10. Compressed Clean Dry Air.
  11. Vacuum Component Recommendation and Selection for Upgrades.
  12. AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  13. PLC and Control System.
  14. Experience with Maximo maintenance.
  15. Support of Building Management System Architecture.
  16. Facilities Systems Operation and Planning for the Future needs.

Required:
