Role: Payments Product Specialist I TSYS

Experience: 8 – 10 years of strong experience

Job Location: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and implementation of Cards and Payments products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

· Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to delivery and post-implementation support.

· Provide expert functional guidance on Cards and Payments products, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.

· Conduct detailed functional analysis and requirements gathering to inform product development and enhancements.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.

· Monitor and evaluate product performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

· Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing risks and issues effectively.

· Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

· Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure successful product delivery and compliance.

Must Have Skills:

· Possess in-depth knowledge of Cards and Payments products within the Retail Banking domain.

· Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Cards Product - Functional and Payments Product - Functional.

· Exhibit excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex pro

· Experience in Payments products
