Your Tasks
  • You are responsible for leading several deal teams, supporting our Head of Execution in managing internal transaction teams, and operate with a clear “Clients First” approach.
  • You accompany transactions from mandate to successful completion and act as the central point of contact for clients and investors in the transactions.
  • You coordinate the teams accompanying the operational implementation of deals, always maintaining an overview of all important aspects of the projects.
  • You are not satisfied with the “status quo” and actively shape processes to ensure a qualitative and efficient transaction process.
  • You are responsible for monitoring the progress of transactions and ensure success in your transactions.
  • You are involved with the management in the development of Zumera and actively shape the development of the entire area.
  • You are responsible for building client relationships and proactively design solutions that you assert with conviction among all stakeholders.
Your profile
  • You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field with a focus on corporate finance with outstanding success.
  • You have already gathered 6-9 years of relevant professional experience in M&A consulting or related practice areas.
  • You are well-versed in business administration and have solid knowledge of corporate finance and accounting.
  • You possess excellent people skills and can effectively and confidently facilitate conversations and negotiations in complex situations, captivating and convincing your interlocutors.
  • You impress with strong analytical, conceptual, and communicative abilities, as well as a demonstrated team spirit.
  • You are a leadership personality with sound judgment.
  • You enjoy interacting with entrepreneurs and like to blend personal and professional life.
  • You are highly organized and completely reliable.
  • Your creativity and passion for M&A make you a true dealmaker.
  • You are fluent in German and English. Additional qualified foreign language skills are highly welcome.
