Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of client engagements, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raises, and financial restructuring projects.
  • Take a hands-on approach in overseeing financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop junior bankers (Associates and Analysts) to ensure the efficient completion of transaction deliverables.
  • Foster and deepen client relationships through proactive communication and strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives and new deal sourcing.
  • Contribute to the firm's thought leadership, including market insights, industry trends, and research.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of Investment Banking experience.
  • Investment Banking experience in the Business Services, Power, Utilities, or Industrial Services sector.
  • Strong technical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
  • Experience working in a boutique or middle-market investment banking environment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, as well as work effectively with senior executives and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Currently located or ties to Houston, TX.
