Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, contributing to various marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, supporting creative projects, managing our product social media accounts, conducting market research, building our brand presence, and more. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about marketing, and ready to take on new challenges.
Compensation
Salary: $55-70k
Benefits: PTO, Health Insurance, Elective Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Digital MarketingPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Support the creation of targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking to improve conversion rates. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, suggesting new ideas to enhance our digital presence.Content CreationCreate compelling and creative content for various channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website copy. Assist in the development of visual content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials. Assist in the execution of content calendars and scheduling.
Social Media Management:
Manage and update product social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
Cross-Industry Product Launch and PromotionAssist with the successful launch and promotion of new products across diverse markets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to deliver compelling and industry-specific marketing campaigns.Market Research & AnalysisConduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis. Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making. Assist in the development of reports and presentations on market research findings.
Brand BuildingAssist in developing and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing channels. Support the creation of brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials adhere to these standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
Customer Insights and EngagementDevelop an understanding of customers' needs, pain points, and preferences in each industry. Utilize this knowledge to tailor marketing messages and initiatives that resonate with target audiences, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
Other Duties as AssignedProvide support for various marketing tasks and projects as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute new ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role (internships or entry-level experience included).
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
- Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of current social media trends.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and willingness to take on new challenges.
