This position is a full-time, in-office position based out of our Denver office.

NOTE:  Only people who are currently living in Colorado will be considered for this role .


Salary / Benefits Package :

  • Base Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate accounting processes and systems to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger system by reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts and analyzing discrepancies.
  • Continue to improve processes regarding general ledger management to ensure accurate financials
  • Budget/Forecast – Assist the CFO in analyzing and preparing annual budgets for presentation to the Executive team.
  • Tax Compliance – Assist in preparing and providing quarterly and annual financials to the external tax team. Assist with additional requests that remain through the year.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations and industry guidelines. Assist the CCO with requests during SEC audits.
  • Professional Development – Ensure to be encouraged to take time to continue to develop your skills and knowledge. If necessary, ensure completion of continued professional education where needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum five (5) years of accounting experience
  • CPA Preferred
  • Self-Directed, Self-Motivated, Strong Interpersonal Communications Skills, Highly Organizational, Analytical, Advanced Computer Skills.
