We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Services II to join our Client Experience - Alternative Investments team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) and can be based out of the following offices: Everett, MA – Lake Mary, FL – Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Build strong, collaborative relationships, both internally and externally with clients.
  2. Analyze data and information and apply problem-solving skills.
  3. Operate with a sense of urgency while prioritizing effectively.
  4. Communicate clearly and concisely, adapting style depending on the audience.
  5. Apply a strong controls focus and know when to escalate.
  6. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. 6+ years within a Client Services role.
  3. 3+ years of experience in Alternative Investments.
