New York NY United States A1 Personnel Full time

We are working with a prominent leader in New York's building envelope restoration industry for the last 30 years.

With a portfolio that includes iconic projects like the One Grand Central Place, The Flat Iron Building, Empire State Building, they have cemented their reputation for excellence in restoring some of the city's most recognizable landmarks. Their commitment to quality and innovation has positioned them as a go-to firm for complex restoration projects, trusted by both public and private sector clients.

One of the key differentiators for this company is its people-focused business model. They strongly believe in promoting leadership from within, which has led to an exceptionally loyal team. The average employee tenure spans 10 to 15 years, with their longest-serving staff member having been with the firm for 22 years. This stability is a testament to the company’s supportive culture, where employees are encouraged to grow and develop their careers.

Instead of seeking someone who is already a finished product, the firm looks for individuals with potential, investing in their growth through mentorship, training, and continuous development opportunities.
