Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.\n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic services using a variety of approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.\n
- Deliver therapeutic sessions via telehealth platforms to individuals, couples, families, and groups, while implementing progress monitoring and outcome evaluations.\n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to facilitate integrated care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.\n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, following all applicable legal and ethical guidelines to uphold client confidentiality.\n
- Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and training, staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research and practice.\n
The LPC will primarily serve a diverse adult and adolescent clientele who may be facing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on providing culturally sensitive care to individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources, contributing to reduced stigma and improved outcomes in underserved populations.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.\n
- Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.\n
- A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in settings that serve diverse populations.\n
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and establish rapport across various demographics.\n
- Strong knowledge of legal, ethical, and clinical standards specific to mental health practice.\n
- Proficiency in using EMR software and related technologies to support client documentation and communication.\n

- Specialization or certification in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.\n
- Experience working with populations experiencing barriers to mental health care, including low-income communities or marginalized groups.\n
